Wanted, vin # for 03 with steering wheel controls and manual Dual zone AC.

I've been attempting to add steering wheel controls to my truck, but the Buick and Cad dealer don't want to even talk to me about it. the Chevrolet dealer was going to do it today but the tech3 system is down and they can't do it. (nice after I drove 30 freaking miles to get to your shop) I have the Tech2 and can do it myself, but GM tech center won't talk to anyone but dealers, and none of the dealers will work with me to get vci codes for the instrument cluster and the body control module. I'm hoping to find someone that has or knows of the vin numbers for an 03 Tahoe with dual zone (front rear) manual A/C and steering wheel controls so I can just put that vin in and do it myself. Please if anyone can help I would love to hear from you.
