So she lives, finished up and everything works great, thanks for the help.
Now another issue i bought an Alpine W505 to replace the OEM head unit, and well i had no idea i have to trim the back of the dash to install it? also the metra install kit is very weird i lost the directions so i need to find them cause i am confused.
good god if i would have know this was going to be such an ordeal i would have kept my 06 A4 instead, i had to buy almost 300 dollars in adapters and dash kits just to install this radio and its going to be even more work than i wanted.
