Rear AC has not been blowing cold and we have replaced the blend door actuator once before on 2005 Tahoe. Thinking it was the same issue, I removed panels and disconnected actuator only to have the blend door shaft fall out of the overall AC unit. Apparently, that is the piece causing my issue. Anyone had this problem and how did you fix it? Really don't want to buy a whole new rear AC unit, but need rear air for kids that sit in 2 and 3 rows. Too hot in the south without AC!

I am also having hot air blow in back rows. I just got my 2003 Tahoe and have kids in back. Hope someone has some advice!
