2008 touch screen

good morning all, I seem to be having trouble with the touch screen in my 2008 Tahoe Z71. It doesn't auto dim for day or night, yes it is set to auto. It also doesn't seem to have speed sensitive volume, even though I have it set to high. Any ideas?

honestly can you really be all that surprised. 2008 was the super early for any vehicle to have touchscreen, especially a tahoe. i'm not even sure phones had em

Well, considering the fact that touch screens have been used in vehicles since as early as 2000, yes, I am a bit surprised. 2008 might have been early for a tahoe though.
