2017 Tahoe Premier Fog Light Bulb Upgrade

The 2017 Tahoe has the LED light strip on each headlight used for day time running lights. The fog lamp bulbs appear to be old school lights (not LED). I would like to upgrade the fog lamp bulbs to something whiter or slightly blue WITHOUT having to install a ballast. Any suggestions?

Mostly yes, it is easy and plug-n-play
For the high-beam, you just need to remove air filter housing at the passenger side to access bulbs’ covers. Other side is OK

Fog light is easy as well, the air dam/deflector just limits room to access
