I want to say Hi to everyone here. I recently purchased a 98 Tahoe LT, I got it dirt cheap for the condition it is in. Body and interior are really nice, but the motor was thrashed and it was a crate motor on top of that. The tranny seems to be a rebuild too and I hope it is still in good shape. Well anyway this what I have done for the engine. Block is 20 over with stock rods and crank these were saveable, pistons are sealed power dished w/ s/p moly rings, comp cam billet timing chain and gears, GMMP cam 14097395, Melling op, Summit vortec heads AKA Dart S/S iron eagles, comp cam push rods, Summit roller lifters, screw in head studs, PRW 1.52 roller tip rockers, and still have to get my new injection and valve covers. I will post pics of the truck when I get the engine in, but for now I figured to post pics of the build.:happy160:

Peace boB

Thanks, This is the closes to stock motor that I am building. I'm hoping for good torque mostly.and I'm not to worried about mileage, seeing this is not going to be a DD. More for weekend recreation purposes. I painted it green to match the truck and to be environmentally friendly.:p
