the light on the switch just blinksand it will not engauge. im going to sell it off cause of this but would like to know what the issue is still. from what i have read it looks like about 100.00 to replace the heat activated unit and the t case motor, i paid 2500 for the truck and dont see spending half that again just to get the 4x4 working. it worked fine when i got it but snow hit and its useless. if there is a cheaper way i might consider it but as of now im going to trade it or sell it off and get a 90 or earlier blazer to avoid any computer crap, as it never works when you need it
