99 Tahoe Dash

Hey all, I have a 99 Tahoe two door and my dash, like most, is cracking to the point of falling apart. Does anyone know if a replacement dash is available anywhere? I have searched far and wide but can't find anything. I would rather not go with the Dashskin, etc dash covers but it's looking like my only choice. Thanks for your thoughts.

Salvage yard or eBay would probably be your best bet. I don’t know if a vendor that sells new dash assemblies, though several do make the caps.

Thanks for the link, don't need the whole assembly, just the top that always cracks. Guess I'll try the junk yard.

Is it cracked at the defrost vents?

The top part isn’t separate...it’s all one big assembly, but not that terribly difficult to remove and replace. It could be done in a day.

Hmmm, I'll have to look more closely at it. Assumed that the top was separate from the bottom. Cracks started at the vents but the whole top is literally falling apart.

Not sure but I think LMC has all 3-
1- Fitted carpet
2- Plastic top cover
3- Whole dash
