I was told that regardless of size always use the recommended pressure label in your driver door jam.

Use the rocommended air pressure labeled on the sidewall of the tire.

Tires usually don't "recommend" suggested tire pressures. They do say what the maximum tire pressure allowed.

My recommendation is something between 35-42 lbs. Probably on the higher side of the range seeing the sidewall is small

My tires have a max psi of 40, so I will usually try and run about 35-37. I have heard that from a cold tire psi to a hot tire psi, it will increase by 10%.

The tire pressure recommended in your vehicle's owner's manual or tire information placard is the vehicle's recommended cold tire inflation pressure. This means that it should be checked in the morning before you drive more than a few miles, or before rising ambient temperatures or the sun's radiant heat affects it.
