For you guys with 99 & below body style Tahoes; not sure about the later models, when you go to change your brake pads and rotors.....

....specifically when you remove your brake caliper does your rotor flop round; is there nothing that is supposed to keep the rotor in place? C-clips maybe?

On the 4wd models, they have floating rotors, so no, there is nothing that holds the rotor to the hub. It all lines up and gets secured when you install the wheel.
