You can buy the OEM trim but more than likely you'll have to paint it to match if it is used. New ones come primed.
It is cheaper and easier to buy just the chrome. Try http://www.autobarn.net/custom-chrome-trim-exterior-molding.html
You can buy it at local parts stores or order it.
I have the 3/4 inch on the back of my Tahoe. Others have used it on the running boards.
I just bought the 1/4 inch for my side trim.
