Fogging Tail Lights? Please Help

Well I have 2 questions.
I have a 2000 Chevy Tahoe, and i was wondering if the 2007-2009 Tahoe taillights will fit on my tahoe??
If not, What is the best Technique for smoking the rear taillights and front head lights? thanks for any advice
