Head lights, interior lights and taillights issue

My co-workers 2002 Tahoe has an issue with the exterior/interior lights.

The Head lights, Interior lights and Tail lights will come back on after the Tahoe has been turned off. Tapping the brake will turn the lights off.
Any ideas what to look for while trouble shooting?
