8000K have less lite and are blue. Agree w/ Zed71.

wouldn't that depend on the wattage of the ballasts? 55k should apparently wash out color so in essence your 8000k should be quite similar to 6000k..

SVT is right, 8000k 55W HIDs will look like brighter 6000k 35W HIDs.

35w & 55w hid kit

I have projectors and the thing is...i will only need the ballast.. Not the headlight bulbs..the factory harness to the ballast from ballast to headlight projector plug!!..so will it make a difff.. Having 55w instead of 35w or is that only for the bulb???????

Please see my response to your other thread. I think you are confused. You need a complete HID kit with bulbs to put inside your low beam projectors.

FINALLY FOUND MY CAMERA!!!!!!!!! THE H1'S WORKED! THANK YOU MY TAHOEFORUM FAMILY!!!!! I WAS SOOO LOST...COULDNT HAVE DON IT W/O YALL. (MY CAMERA IS KINDA CHEAP SOO..BARE WITH ME)

im switchin to 55w hid kit soon...(it shouldnt burn my projectors lens cuz the lights that came wit it a 55.. if it melts..ahhh well! :\) i want brighter so im goin w/ 6000k for lows and ima do 5000k for the highs then getting putco fogs!! cant wait
