I have a 1999 chevy tahoe and there is a part on the driver side of the engine compartment that has a little motor that is continuously running. I had to disconnect the battery to get it to stop. Anyway, it is next to the washer fluid reservoir (it's not the pump for the washer fluid that is on bottom of reservoir) in the front corner of the engine compartment. Can someone tell me what part this is?
