Largest tire on stock suspension 03 tahoe?

I was wondering whats the largest tire that i can fit on a stock suspension Tahoe. I have an 03 and want to put some BFG all terrain or mud terrain tires on to give it a more aggressive look. I plan on either using the stock wheels for now, or some american racing style wheels.

On stock 16" wheels, 285x75x16

On stock 17" wheels, 33"x12.5x17

Keep in mind, those are the biggest tires that your wheels will accomodate - they will rub without a leveling kit. But, IMO, if you're going to drop the cash on new meats, just spend the extra $160 on Ford F150 torsion keys and some 1.5" rear coil spacers. Easy way to fit a more aggressive tire and give your truck some better ground clearance.

285/75 R 16's on stock suspension with running boards removed.

Driver side front tire rub'd a little in a turn, but some very minor
trimming of that wheel well plastic took care of it. .

I think these 285/17's measure out at 32" and they are tight.

I have 285/70/17 Duratracs on my 03 z71. Leveled the front end with the stock keys and trimmed a little from driver's side wheel well and they clear perfectly.
