Left brake light stopped working

I have a 2003 Chevy Tahoe and all my lights work except for my left brake light. How do I fix this problem? Also my cruise control isn’t working either.

Remove the tail light cluster and replace the burned out bulb? I believe it is 2-3 screws that hold it in.
