Missing Oil

I changed my oil this weekend and only 3 quarts came out. It's not smoking and the oil wasn't milky or lumpy. I have noticed over much time that I am slowly losing coolant, but I just keep putting some in when I think about it. I'm not sure what's happeneing, but I think that the engine is running slightly hot and the oil is slowly burning off. I think it is running hot due to a faulty water pump or clogged radiator.

I'd love some input here guys.

You need to replace your LIM gaskets ASAP, suspect that they are leaking causing coolant and oil to be burnt slowly........ (assuming you have a vortec 350?)
