NEW Shoes For the Burban!!!!

Ok guys I know I said no big wheels for me on this ride but I didnt plan on getting this kind of deal on a set. The ones pictured in the second pick are 16's I picked them up from a guy who needed money they were only $200 so I got them and was happy. Well yesterday my local tire shop called (we are good freinds) anyway he told me he had a customer down there wanting too trade some eagle alloy 22's with tires straight across some 16's with tires he had just bought his Tahoe and did not like the 22's so I went down there to look at him and they were nice just needed tires. so I priced tires 305/40/22 and a 305/45/22 I asked on here for advice on what size to go with no help there for the 1st time ever anyway the tire shop did not have any 305/45/22 in stock it would take them a week to get but after reading a post from JK I pulled the trigger on some NEXON 305/40/22's for $600 out the door. seems to be a good tire super quiet ride is smooth I like so far

$600 for tires, thats a steal alone there. i just put on my 265's and went over $500.

I think tomorrow im going to call the tire shop and see how much more for the 45 series tires instead i just think it looked better with 45's on it. See i put em last night with the orginal tires which were a 305/45/22 and the wheels looked bigger but with 40 series they just dont look as big to me. Does any of that make sense?

I just left the tire shop. Those guys are great down there they ordered me 305/45/22's nexon that will be here on Monday they are trading me out for the 40 series i bought yesterday and only charging me $100 bucks which is fair to me since the 40 series that are on it now will have been used for 3-4 days b4 i trade them back in sounds fair to me.
