Newbie To This Forum - 2015 Tahoe LTZ Owner

Hello Members,

I just purchased a 2015 Tahoe, LTZ and came to this forum to learn additional things about the suv. Besides this 2015, I still have my 2003 Tahoe, which has been an amazing vehicle. 223k miles, and it's still running strong (w/rebuilt transmission at 181k).

Kim, I also have a 2015 LTZ Tahoe. Mine makes a ticking noise that gm says is characteristic of these vehicles and is from a "direct injection" system. Have you noticed this in your new Tahoe? You have to be outside the vehicle to hear it and it's usually before it's complete warmed up. It kind of makes me mad to pay that much for a vehicle that "ticks". GM denies a problem or a fix.....
