Hey team, I got a 99 Tahoe as my daily driver now, been tuning it up and such as I go.

I just did my plugs, wires, cap and rotor. It really needed them.
My question to you is should I do the coil too, and finish out the whole ignition system, or do coils happily keep trucking? As it runs now it sounds and feels pretty smooth, but wanted the community to chime in. I've attached before and after of the coil and rotor just for your viewing pleasure, yes I did feel an immediate improvement! (the plugs were just nubbins, i was surprised they worked at all, but forgot to get a pic for you).

Thanks team

I wouldn’t worry about the coil until you are having problems it. No need to fix what isn’t broken
