Speed limitation

Hello,
I have a 2000 Tahoe and everytime I drive on the Autobahn (germany) I end up to the limit, since the speed limitator stops me at 115 mph (180 km/hr).
I feel that the engine has more then enough power left and I know this is somewhere in the software. is there anyway to avoid this?
