Upgrading To Heated Seats??? ASAP

I need to know what would be involved in upgrading to heated seats. Right now I have 6way power leather seats. What would have to be done to upgrade to the 12way/heated seats? Are the wires there? Programming? I know I would need to buy the heat switch panels for both doors. Anything Else??

Second problem is that the seats I am looking to buy are cloth seats. Is it possible to swap the cloth seat covers with my leather easily?

All I can help you with is the heated seats.
Go over to www.gmpartsdirect.com and go to the accessories for 2008 Tahoe's (will work for 7 too) and they have an option now for heated seats, its gonna run you some Franklins but if you want it get it.

I know you can buy the kits online form GMACCESSORIESZONE.com for $400. I still I would need to remove the seat covers for install. Would also like 12way seats in the process.

I have no faith in the dealers nor do I want to pay dealer rates. I basically need to know the electronics side of it, if all the wiring harnesses are the same? How to remove the seat covers would be helpful.
