What do you think of the "Newest" spark plugs?

Has anyone changed out spark plugs on a new body style GM GMT 900 platform truck or suv. Some of these companies are promising big improvements I wonder if they can be hamful to a new GM motor or are they worth the money I have thought about the E3 or Bosh 4 prong platlium there is another brand that is outragously expensive with an internal capacitor or something and they claim a good gain in H.P.
