I just purchased a 99 2dr 4wd Sport and noticed that it has a slight vibration (like an unbalanced wheel) about 70 mph. I just had all four wheels balanced and that didn't solve the problem. The guy I bought it from had put wheels from a newer Tahoe on it along with 10 ply tires designed for a much heavier truck on it. My tire guy told me that it may be that since the wheels were not really designed for this vehicle, that might be causing problems.
