Which new Alternator to go with?

So I need a new one and am going to do several small changes like plugs and wires along with the alternator; however which is the best OEM replacement alternator these days? Bosh? 140 AMP? 250 AMP?

Been considering the same thing. Went to this site to get an idea of price:

Click on 'alternator' and I think 6 show up. I've got the original 100 amp, supposedly non-user-rebuilable, the others have support parts, but who rebuilds their own anymore. I've no plans for exotic hi-current electronics, and probably continue with the 100 amp, much cheaper...

Bosch sucks, stick with an AC Delco.....

I went with a 06 suburban alternator 140 amp just had to change the belt needed one with a 1/2 inch more no issues been doing great since 2010.
