22X9.5 15 offset If this will work will it set the tire out farther or set in in? I don't really know anything about offsets so any info would be greatly appreciated.

That will set it out 16mm, so you should be fine.

The end product will be out farther than that since you'll be using a wider wheel and tire than stock.
