ok, here's the deal..... My projecter headlights that the shop put in my wifes hoe was ajusted and are up into the hood just so they can be "projected" in the right area. If you close the hood "normally" it will break the lights. there is a 1\2 inch to 1 inch gap between the bottom of the light to the grill. they said there is NO other adjustment then what they did.
Have any of you had issues with things like that?? I have a pic of the truck but dont know how to scale it down to fit the requirements.

bro i have the same exact headlights and had somewhat of the same issue. i think it has alot to do with the lights really being made for the silverado but mine arent as high up into my hood as it sounds like yours are. the only thing i can say to maybe do is to cut some of the plastic on the back that rests on the bottom of the little bracket where the metal pins slide into. im sorry if this doesnt make sense. if it doesnt let me know and ill try to re-explain. also remember, because these are AFTERMARKET lights they arent approved by the manufacture of your truck, so perfect fit is not typically going to happen. Good Luck!

its the adjustment pins, they are very cheap on these lights, part of the reason i took mine off for now, got to play with it to get it right. (BTW, the silverado and tahoe front ends are identical, shouldnt be the reason)

hmm, well i know that mine dont fit anywhere as cleanly as the stockers but im okay with it, i think they look good regardless, but again i dont think my gap on the bottom is as bad as this guys. so im going to lean towards the whole aftermarket idea is why they dont fit right.

i know i was agreeing with you, just saying that because they were "meant" for a silverado is irrelavent:thumbsup:
