Yukon/Tahoe OEM rear seat video monitor wiring diagram

I am planning on installing an OEM rear seat monitor GM PN# 15948136 and will need to create my own harness for video feed. I cannot determine the Panasonic model number (as GM PN is listed on monitor) and I have searched the web extensively and cannot locate a cross reference to this monitor. I need to determine how to provide 12 v power to device as it has 7 wires. any help with a wiring diagram would be nice. I am able to get video feed from my NAV/DVD player (c3) connector to a monitor but not this OEM monitor (pansonic).
