Z71 roof rack

Anyone know if the cross bars on a reg roof rack are the same or compatible with the Z71 rack? I might buy a Z71 rack and it would be nice to be able to use the extra cross bars from my old one.

well i am not sure if it is the same or not but here is a close up pic of Z71 cross bars to see if you can tell anything.
