Dropping my Tahoe. Have some questions.

Just recieved an Eiback Pro System Plus Kit(1-3 front; 3 inches rear). I think I found the last one in existence(eibach discontinued shock for tahoes and suburbans). The kit comes with keys, springs, shocks, sway bars front and rear along with end links and bushings. I've done many jeep...

    wanted to introduce myself....

If you've done sales before, thern you may know this. There are two types of buyers, educated and uneducated. Its not up to a salesman to educate buyers. Typically uneducated buyers get the short end of the stick. That's life.

Just want to drop the rear to match the front

Thanks for the reply. The front is exactly 2" lower than the rear. Is a set of 2 inch drop springs going to actually drop the rear 2 inches? I read a post earlier that said his 2" springs only dropped the vehichle 3/4". What is your experience with drop springs? Are they usually as advertised?

    Dropped Big Sexy

Man it looks really nice. I like the way it looks with the stock wheels..Im going to leave my stock wheels on also...Big wheels and low profile tires aren't very practical in the long run...And once soccer moms have em', I dont want em'. How does it handle? Does it still have a soft ride? Oh...

02 Tahoe Won't Start - Need some help please

figured it out It turned out to be a passlock issue I think. I read somewhere if you put the key in the ignition and leave it in the on position it resets the passlock. So I left the key in the on position for about an hour and it started right up.

02 Tahoe Won't Start - Need some help please

Thanks for the reply. I'm curious, if I'm getting black smoke form unburnt fuel, I would assume that the engine is getting fuel. Could the filter be a problem? I hear my fuel pump coming on when I turn the key, could it still be bad?

02 Tahoe Won't Start - Need some help please

I have a 02 Tahoe that wont start. I thought maybe I ran it out of gas (the low fuel light was on), so I added about 4 gallons and it still won't start. I hear the fuel pump come on. The engine turns over, and when the engine turns over a little black smoke comes out. I check all the fuses and...
