Does anyone know the part number for the aspirator? Having trouble finding it on gmpartsdirect. I saw another site that had it for cheap but forgot the web address.
Happened to me too. I had two new high flows put in for around $400 at an independent muffler shop. Dealer even advised a muffler shop over the 1k+ factory replacement cats.
then after a while cold air will blow like it supposed to. What could be causing this? I can have the climate controls at cold and after I start the car if it has been driven recently it will blow hot air for 5 minutes then finally start blowing cold air unless I select the max cold setting. :skep:
What would be the best way to do this seeing as there is no drain valve or radiator cap? My main concern is trying to get all of the air pockets out afterwards.

I am starting to piece together everything needed for the electrical fan swap....What tool is used to remove the mechanical fan? Or what can be made into a makeshift fan clutch tool?
I had the same problem too and I thought I had a broken suspension component, but I found this: http://www.silveradoss.com/forums/index.php?showtopic=31625 and it solved the problem. Or the writeup on replacing the shaft with the newest one is in the technical write ups section.
