in 2011 a dealership replaced my actuator with a new 2011 model actuator and new pigtail wiring harness which works much better than the original thermal unit. Also had a switch under the 4wd shifter replaced. 1994 Blazer 350 v8

yes I removed the elbow and my mechanic blew it out with compressed air, however I am still leaking inside on the passenger side, water coming through the ducts. My mechanic told me that I have to take apart the dash to get down to where the water is. Even if I do that, why is water trapped...
