I'm sorry but when you say cv, I think of the front diff cv's to each wheel. Are you talking about the shaft from the tc to the front diff?

I bought it already lifted and the shaft looks stock. You think it's the splines inside the shaft that might be worn cause it to spin and make noise?

Now 4hi doesn't even work, just makes the noise and the rear tires spin. Anybody? I know I'll have to pull the t-case but any info will help.

Anybody have any ideas? I remember last time I took it wheeling that it made that noise in 4lo, now it does it in 4hi too.

I just looked again and there is a lot of play in the front shaft but not at the ujoints. It feel and looks like it's in the rubber boot between the ujoint and the transfer case. What is in that boot? Is it just the output shaft?

I have the Magnaflow catback on mine without the resonator and it does't drone at all, still really quiet on the inside until you step on it, then it sounds menacing. The pipe looks like 3 1/2", not sure of the stock size.

Not sure what software it is. I know him and his partner have used it before though. He just had the dyno installed a month ago but he had one at his other shop. He's getting ready to tune his Minirammed , nitrous fed 416 in his Firebird.

I didn't want to have to send out my ecm and wait and I got $60 off at Summit so I bought it. I might sell it ina month or 2 as a friend just installed a dyno at his shop so I might have him do a custom tune on it.

I just plugged it in and used the "predator tune". You can modify the fuel injector, spark curves and a couple other things to get even more but I haven't messed with that yet.

Today I got 14.3 mpg's while towing a car on a trailer to the bay area, not too bad.

Just thought I would let everybody who is thinking of getting a tuner that I was getting 12.5 mpg's and after getting the Diablo tuner i am now getting 15-15.5 city and mountain driving. I got 16.5 on my last trip to San Fransisco. I still have 3.73's in it with the 305/70's too. Not bad at all...
