Something is wrong with the RAP (Retained Accessory Power)

A few months ago I pulled the inside driver door handle at the same time as I was pulling the key out and I broke the actuator on the door latch mechanism. I couldnt unlock the door with the FOB. At the same time I noticed the power didnt turn off as I open the door. I have to open any other door to turn off radio and other items.
I know that assembly is what switches off the RAP. I replaced the door latch 2x and the door now locks and unlocks but the Retained power problem is still there. It works on all doors but the driver side. I moved the passenger switch to the drivers and nothing. I checked the connector and still nothing. ANY IDEAS
thanks
