02 Tahoe ABS module

A while back my ABS module (small electical box under truck driver side) starter buzzing. So I crawled under the truck and I unplugged it. the dealership quoted me between $800 to $1300 depending if both the upper and lower parts of this module needed to be replaced.

I got another module from the junk yard and I was wondering if the top of the module can be replace without replacing the whole unit.
