02 tahoe couple of ? from a newbie

I have a o2 Tahoe with 100 + miles. I would like to find out what the rattle in my dash is....any ideas? also how can I improve my AWFUL fuel mileage are there any software updates from the manufaturer.

Dude, can't help you with the dash rattle. But for improving gas mileage, check out El Ocho's thread on "improving fuel economy."

Define "awful". My 03 got about 15 wehn I picked it up with a decent amount of self tuning (using HP Tuners)I've gotten it up to 16.5, but I'm not done yet.
