Hey guys! I'm new here!
I've searched all over for any kind of similar issues and solutions to the problem I am having with my power liftgate...
It lifts and lowers without any issues but when it closes and try's to latch, it makes a loud popping noise as if the latch is not able to lock around the striker. It does this twice then the interior lights remain on and the instrument panel says "rear access open".
Note: I replaced the latch 2 days ago because the old one didn't work at all.
Is there a way to adjust this latch?
Any other suggestions?
