New 20's coming.......

275/55/20 is recommended to dimensionally replace the stock 265/70/17's diameter.

I would like to go with 275/60/20 which will give me a taller tire (33"vs 31.9).

GM Tech tool should be able to calibrate for this tire and the speedo issues that it would cause.

I want to get some more rubber between the road and the rim and a taller tire to fill a little more wheel well.

My questions is........ should there be any other issues in running this 60 series profile tire?

Thanks

I have the 55 series tires and they ride really nice. They look good as well. Stick with the 55's.

I don't doubt that the 55's ride nice, just want to make sure that there would be no "issues" going with the 60 series profile, which will give me more rubber between the road and the wheel and afford me a taller tire to fill up the wheel well.

Thanks

That size is not in question, wasn't the issue........it was 275/60/20, the 60 series profile that makes it a 33" tire and some have reported rubbing issues, especially with no leveling to get the front end up.

Im running 305-50-20.... No problems also....
