2002 tahoe help i messed up

my buddy had me install a new radio but the factory wiring harness was messed up. we cut it out to hard wire but i didnt pay attention to colors now i have things all messed up. anyone tell me what the colors are for and how to wire directly to the radios harness and still have things work right?

hook it all back up how it was and go to walmart and pick up a dash kit for the stereo. they make it so its plug and play and its affordable. if you cut it too short and unable to reconnect the connector then without experience then you will need a wiring diagram and thats going to take a while.

normally red and yellow are your main power wires and the black is ground obviously. then you should have like 2 of each purple, grey, and two or three other colors, one will be ground and other positive and those will be speaker wires
