Hi guys. New guy here hoping someone can share some wisdom. I'll start simple

Just got my truck and the previous owner treated her real bad. I'm in the process of flushing the coolant and found a lot of rust. Most of it is probably in the block and some in the radiator so I'm going to buy a strong cleaner and flush until the water runs clear. Everything is being changed; rad, water pump, heater core, thermostat and all the hoses. When I flush it, is it going to run through the whole system on its way out, gunking up the rad and heater core? So should I flush it all and then replace everything or replace and then flush?
