alright guys I have a question for you, I did an engine wash on my truck and I used two cans of engine degreaser and detailer. Then I rinsed it all off after about 15 min of letting it soak. BUT I used my own pressure washer. I cleaned the whole engine and even took off the plastic covers to clean underneath. Then I moved on to the exposed frame behind the wheel. I wasnt using the high pressure nossle just the regular pressure and alot of grime started to come off but when I was done the whole metal was exposed and i was wondering is there suppose to be some sort of protective coat on the frame to prevent it from rusting? thanks guys just want to make sure I didnt do something wrong.
