I am sure someone has done the comparison - LTZ vs. Denali...

has officially tucked his tail. I would assume his first name is Blake. One more little piece of information to provide my managers. Looking forward to getting some proposals from ya little Blake....

Blake? LOL no sorry.....Baker is my middle name. And why would I tuck my tail??? Because someone put a grill on there Yukon so it could look like a Denali? I think all Yukons should do it. It makes the truck look so much better to me but thats my opinion.

And tell your managers about me PLEASE....Maybe me and the OWNER of your company will get a laugh about it over drinks at the Palm. By the way he likes my Denali too!

I understand what you mean...There isnt a drastic difference but there is a difference. Every car I have ever owned I have worked on ALOT. I like doing different mods and making it a little different then the next guys. So when I get into cars I notice the small stuff. EX: The differnce in the color of woodgrain, the leather, the wood wheel, the wood console, the 2 tone leather doors, stereo, etc...I have never been in a SLT2 so it might be really close. I just didnt want to regret not getting everthing that makes me love my truck. I'm not trying to argue with anyone because like I said yukons, Tahoe's are cool but I like flashy cars....ALWAYS HAVE! I think Denali's hold a higher caliber....Just my 2 cents on the original topic

Ehh...it depends on how you look at it

I think your paying for the name, because the Yukon SLT and the Denali look exactly alike, minus a few things. If you want a higher Caliber vehicle try an Escalade, or a Range Rover.

Besides, most people here want to customize their vehicle to their own liking. I could have bought a Denali, but I want 26's and I want the option to add chrome where I want to add it. Also I wanted better Gas Mielage.

But to each his own.

Hmmm..

I have to disagree with everyone on here. I bought an 07 denali and think its the best looking truck on the road. I'm 25 years old and I like my cars a little flashy....When I saw the new Yukon's I didnt like them....all the accent parts were black or color matched and I thought it looked really plane..Then I saw the Denali :clapping: I think the front end is siiiick....I love big grills! You could cook steak for the whole family on that thing. I like the big head lights too! I think the Denali's look mean as hell. I love the inside of mine too! THe wood wheel, wood console, two tone leather doors, chrome piping on the speakers...Of course I've modded mine alot....I have so much chrome on the outside of mine I have to wash it with windex! To me a tahoe is a family car....for soccer moms. They're just so boring looking. Not to mention there is a million on the road compared to Denali's....Denali's are bright eyed and smiling....Tahoe's are Flat lipped and squinting....I dunno....I'm into luxury, power, and the wow effect and the Denali has it all. I'm not completely dogging the Tahoe b/c my little brother has one and there cool but like I said I'm flashy and the tahoe cant turn heads like a Denali:fu:

I have never seen one person make such a fool of himself in one paragraph so many times. You obviously didn't looked at a loaded LTZ or Z71.(BORING HUH?) I did INCLUDING a Denali and money wasn't an object because my loaded Z came within $700 of a Denali at a dealer around the corner.
Just keep leaning towards the middle with your ball cap on backwards looking at every driver you pass hoping to get a look of envy which is your only goal. You are a joke to guys who appreciate nice rides, Denalis included.

 By the way I hate soccer. Haven't seen a pic of you dad's, I mean your Denali yet. While your at it lets see a pic of you. I'm guessing under 5'9" tall and less than 160 lbs. Some serious little man syndrome who has to have a BIG ride and come on here and troll. Throw in your Boyfriends pic

Geez you guys are emotional. It must be a Hoe thing :D And if you want pics....I'll post them up. The 5'9 160 thing is funny though. I'm pretty sure my dad wouldnt put 24's on his ride.

I'm also wondering what the difference is I'm in the market for a new Denali or tahoe and as far as ether being a soccer mom vehicle you could say that about any suv or car for that matter I know a soccer mom that drives a c5 z06

and at least with the younger people a Denali is considered more of a status symbol or flashy car so i have to agree with the above person on that

but back on topic whats the difference and what should the price be I love the denali but if a fully loaded tahoe is just the same inside who would buy a Denali I only looked at the Denali and was under the impression it was way different people told me they were like escalades so please correct my misconceptions

thanks

In regards to flashy or the current "it" truck, check out what the celebs and athletes are buying, it's not Denali's or even Escalade's. Go pick up a couple magazines, DUB, RIDES, WHIPS. It's the Tahoe. I'm not saying that's why I bought the truck, but it just happens to be the fact.

They are both very nice vehicles, but you know... something always bothered me about that large open mouth style grill on the Yukon... Hmmm... maybe unusually large mouth's just are not that appealing!

What celebs are you seeing in Tahoes? Celebs are always driving Escalades and Range Rovers.

Rob Dyrdek from Rob & Big, traded up his Denali for a new Tahoe. They are on the cover of Rides this month. Dale Earnhardt Jr. is rocking a new tricked out Tahoe, Gwen Stefani has a custom Gold Tahoe in last months Dub. Shall I continue. This is also not to mention that Wheel companies are using the Tahoes to showcase there wheels in the magazines. Show me where the Flashy High End Denali's are at?

Tricked out Denali's...

aren't considered 'high end impressive' vehicles....they are nice, but most owners are wanna be 'rappers' that can't afford Range Rovers, Escalades or Navigators...hehehehehehe!!!! But give the young one a break...I am sure when he grows up he will realize how stupid he must have looked with his cap cocked sideways leaning over into the passenger seat while driving with the driver seat fully reclined and porn showing on the 4 headrests with no one else in the car with him....

The Denali has higher income buyers than the Escalade. Also, have you ever heard of the special Jay-Z paint edition GMT900 Denali? In reality the GMT800 Escalades were nothing more than an overpriced Tahoe.
