Intake Gasket Replacement

What should I expect to pay to have the Intake manifold gasket replaced on a 1996, 5.7L Tahoe? I'm guessing that hoses, thermostat and water pump should be done at the same time?

Not sure about the 5.7L, but I have had several intake manifold gaskets replaced in my 1999 7.4L Suburban since it was new. The last replacement was in Dec 2005, the dealer did the work. They replaced both the upper and lower intake manifold gaskets (I have a two piece intake manifold on the 7.4L), the thermostat outlet gasket, and did an oil and filter change as well. Cost was about $610.
