I've got a steering wheel that will freely move up and down and side to side. I've done a little investigating and have taking the wheel off all the way down past the clock spring. I've also replaced the clock spring. but the steering wheel is not tightening down.
ANY sort of advice would be great. Even if that advice is to take it to a certified mechanic because I have no idea what I'm getting myself into.
