Newbie With Transmission Problems!!!

Hi Guys I'm new here and was wondering if you all could help me out. I have an '02 Tahoe 5.3 and while driving it today I noticed that when I come to a stop and take off again it doesn't pull right away then it jerks and goes with no problems as if it's in neutral and you give it gas and pull it done into gear. It also goes forward in neutral, jerks and doesn't want to pull in reverse, and when in park I can feel and hear it going in and out of drive. Could someone tell me what could be the problem?

Sounds like a transmission modulator or vacuum issue, transmission shop would be able to track. Some offer free estimates, you can then repair yourself on minor task(s)
