Oil cooler line delete

Hello everyone,

I have a 99 tahoe, old body style. Well I am not going to replace those oil cooler lines every 3 years because I am not doing a bunch of towing and I run synthetic oil. So I know there is a part or kit that can delete the oil cooler, however I can't find the part number.

Does anyone know what the part number is or can lead me to a site with it for sale.
