Havery a issue with my 99 4 door. I replaced the hinge pins and bushings on my two front doors. Passengers side door is great. Opens and closes like new. The driver side however is still sagging pretty bad and has now affected the inside door handle from not working and bad wear on the striker. Does anyone know if it's possible to get oversize hinge pins or bushing so I don't have to weldeal, and drill it back out? There's got to be some sort of kit out there, right?

Hinge kit to replace the hinges themselves, the upper bushing is probably wore oblong like mine and I pulled the door (pull the rubber boot loose from the truck side and there are 3 conenctors tucked in there to disconnect the door and pull the 2 pins - helps to have a buddy or a engine hoist to hold the door.)

i have a pretty bad sag in my passenger side door and have the pin /bushing set for both hinges tho i plan to only change the one that is bad first and see what happens. why some idiot decided to weld the brackets on is beyond me but hey im just a nobody. anway you may be able to drill the hole out larger than the oblong and have a machine shop turn a bushing that would make the pin sit right and last longer.
