Questions regarding the GT package

I have a 1995 all black Yukon "GT".
Does anyone know exactly what the GT means??
It has YUKON in silver on each door with GT in red following it.
I'm sure yall have seen it before.

I've seen about two others around but mostly on the internet.
I appreciate the help

so basicly its an exterior, transmission,and fan package any more info would be helpful

i dont really know, seems like its what youd normally get with the nicer package for any car, so sounds like its the early denali, trim and interior stuff different paint like you said and maybe some kind of performance upgrade
