How many leaf springs come stock on a '98 tahoe 4x4? Also how can you prevent axle wrap without ladder bars or the B.S. helper springs you see for sale that are bent really weird?

Mark 97 Tahoe

My 97 2-door has 4 + the overload spring. That's with the Z71 pkge. Don't know if the Z71 has diff. or added spring cause it seems stiff.
